Poor service fro AXA In surance

I traveled to the Netherlands and took out an insurance policy for the period 26 June to 4 August 2024While there I incurred medical expenses I have been trying to get a rersponse wrt the status of my claim since 19 August 2024I have completed the claim form as requested I also logged a cpmplaint wrt the lack of responseMy banking details etc. were sent on two occasionsIn total I sent approximately 15 E- Mails and still after almost 6 months no feedback.Policy No. SCHEU2024-56113
