I submitted a claim (BE0-24-005140) more than 6 months ago; I sent more than five emails to inquire but never got a response. I managed to get their phone number and called about 8 times, and every time, there is a different excuse and a new unfulfilled promise; here is a few examples:- It is the holiday season, and things take longer- The person responsible for your claim is on vacation- I labelled your claim as urgent, and you will get it processed in 2 days (for sure nothing happens)- I have transferred your claim to the manager, and she will treat it urgently (for sure nothing happens)... etc.Every time, a new excuse is made, and nothing happens. I came to believe that this is the company's scheme to avoid paying claims back. Shortly, they are a fraudulent company that relies on delaying processing your claim until you give up or dedicate a substantial amount of time to them in court.
