Axa is racist and terrible insurance, never use them. After being their customer, had and accident that is the fault of the other party. Gave axa all the dash cam footage plus details of the other party. They disregard all my evidence and believed the statement of the other party. I ask why did they do that,no answer but record the accident as my fault without informing me of what they have done against my name on their database. I was only rescued by the new insurance company the following year that brought the issue up. The new insurance have to call myself and AXA on a conference call and until I said I will take AXA to court for putting wrong information behind my name before they now took out the fault against my name. This is after several weeks of calling AXA and going back and forth with axa for defamation lying against me. I told AXA their are racists because I cannot fanthom the reasons behind their decision to put the fault against me after all the evidence and calls to them to rectify the issue but they keep refusing until I decide to escalate it.
