The return process is anything but hassle-free; it is very complicated, and returning items to Italy incurs a cost, making it unlikely any refund will exceed the shipping fee. I had a refund request of $119, but the shipping cost was more than double that, so I donated the sweater. The quality is good, but I won't shop here again.
