The return process is unnecessarily complicated and expensive

The return process is overly complicated and requires paying for returns to Italy, making it unlikely that any refund will exceed the shipping cost. I had a refund request for $119, but the shipping fee was more than double that, so I ended up donating the sweater. While the quality is decent, I won't be shopping here again.

The return process is anything but hassle-free; it is very complicated, and returning items to Italy incurs a cost, making it unlikely any refund will exceed the shipping fee. Incorrect size, lengthy delivery, poor return policy

Delivery took a long time for a cardigan that was advertised as cashmere. It is not cashmere, and the L size fits like an XS—completely unwearable. The return policy for a consumer from the USA dealing with a EU company is quite discouraging. Customer service was lacking.

I wish I had read the reviews beforehand...

I wish I had seen the other reviews before making a purchase. The sizes run very small, and I recently learned I have to return it at my expense to Italy. While the website and product details are appealing, beware of the poor customer service and return process. I've definitely learned my lesson.

Returns to Italy!?

The product quality appears good, but I didn’t like the fit and decided to return it. The return cost, at my own expense, was more than half the price of the item since it had to go to Italy! No other return options were provided!

Sizes are very small, and there is no customer service available for returns or exchanges. A huge waste of money!!!

The corduroy jacket I ordered was too small...

The corduroy jacket I ordered for my husband was too small (he usually wears a medium), and the quality was disappointing (better options are available elsewhere). The only return option requires sending the item to Italy, costing around $50. I personally would not shop here again.

AVOID THIS SELLER !!

AVOID THIS SELLER !! Their website looks luxurious and has contact details in New York. However, the clothing ships from Asia. I placed my order on the 2nd, and ten days later, it hasn't even left Asia !!

Long wait time and disappointing quality

The initial experience was pleasant, and the support team was helpful with sizing questions. However, two weeks have passed with no updates on my order, and despite emailing the support team twice, I received no response. The support phone line is always busy, which is very frustrating. I needed the items for Christmas, and now I'm unsure if they have shipped or when they will arrive. Most frustratingly, my coat arrived a month later, and I was really disappointed. The construction was poor, and the fabric was of terrible quality—it was advertised as cashmere but is actually pure polyester! An absolute waste of money.
