I have intermittently been unable to view/close my open positions for 5 days now using my AXI App. (Works perfectly outside of regularly market hours) This has resulted in available fund fluctuations of over $40,000 that I have been unable to capitalize on because I couldn't close my positive open positions. Repeated margin calls have forced me to continuously fund my account. Of course there is no issue opening new positions or funding my account - just closing positions.
The AXI website won't even SHOW my open positions at all. Just a page of blinking boxes where text should be. This is when I can get logged in - half the time, I just get an error code.
I have had a ticket open with customer service for days now and the issue remains unresolved.
I'm at my wits end, haven't slept in days and I'm missing out on the opportunity to actually take advantage of the current market volatility because of a technical issue.
