I don't even know where to begin. I scheduled four appointments, and all four were canceled on me. I received excuse after excuse. I was initially told that someone would arrive at 9:30, but just five minutes before that, I got a message saying they were running late from another job. Then the next appointment was canceled because the representative was ill. After that, I was informed they had a puncture and couldn't make it. I strongly advise against this service; it's a complete waste of time. And I need my deposit returned immediately so I can hire a more dependable company.
