Well 3rd time lucky, that is what it took to get the colour match. The guy who came the 1st & 2nd time could not get it right and was hopeless. Today Nathan came along with 25yrs experience and resprayed the car perfectly. I have used Axioma before without any problems but this time it was a 2 month nightmare hence only 3 stars. I don't know whether I will use them again.
I strongly advise against using this service. The worker did a terrible job; the paint is all uneven and he used the wrong color, which is obviously a different shade. Now I have to go to a professional to fix it, which will cost me much more than if I had gone there first. I deeply regret choosing them. They have caused more problems than they resolved. My recommendation is to stay away.
I don't even know where to begin. I scheduled four appointments, and all four were canceled on me. I received excuse after excuse. I was initially told that someone would arrive at 9:30, but just five minutes before that, I got a message saying they were running late from another job. Then the next appointment was canceled because the representative was ill. After that, I was informed they had a puncture and couldn't make it. I strongly advise against this service; it's a complete waste of time. And I need my deposit returned immediately so I can hire a more dependable company.
Very good service; communication could have been slightly improved. The entire process was quick and easy, with a quote provided within 24 hours and repairs scheduled for the following week. The repair quality was outstanding and saved me a trip to the garage. I had some difficulty reaching the technician to confirm the time.
