So far not so good. Booked in with them a month ago for a repair - received reminders yesterday with contact info for the technician. Messaged him in the evening to reconfirm - no response. Called this morning to confirm when he was coming. Apparently he had cancelled off the job due to lack of access to power. Which I’d already informed Axioma had been arranged through a neighbour. Have been trying to contact their customer service team - their only response so far, an email asking if the vehicle was more than 20 metres from the mains power socket (which I confirmed, again, that it isn’t). Tried calling and no one picked up.
