Disappointed with the service received

I was disappointed with the service I received. I felt that I was not properly guided throughout the process, and several of my questions remained unanswered. During one in-person meeting, the representative consulted someone else for advice instead of explaining matters clearly to me, which left me uncertain about my case's handling. When I raised these concerns, I was told that further clarification would require additional fees to speak to another colleague. This made me feel as though my concerns were not prioritized. Unfortunately, due to this lack of clarity and support, I decided to discontinue working with the firm. I hope they improve their communication and client care in the future.
