I have using Open Axis app. Very difficult to use the app. For last one hour, I was searching to get the credit card statement. After searching every thing, I could not figure out, how to get credit card current statement or past statements.
These days the services, whether customer care services are designed in such crooked ways that most of the controls are in the hands of service provider.
Really bad service. Started off with a debit freeze on my account. Ended up having to visit a branch physically to verify all the paperwork, identification etc etc. And despite that the account is still frozen. Its about to be a month and counting. One of the worst and looting bank gone to withdraw 2 lacs from my savings account from home branch cashier told me I can withdraw only 1 lac per month from bank cash counter and if I withdraw more than 1 lac I will be charged Rs 5 on per thousand rupees... Went to atm for a withdrawal only 20k per withdrawl allowed upto 4 times a month then after you will be charged again for atm withdrawals.... Seriously looting common people at peak
The staff at the bank seem to be trained to deceive customers. They invited me in, claiming there was a one-time fee for a credit card that included various benefits. Instead, they deducted 2500 from my account and sent me a different card. When I raised my concerns and requested the card they initially promised, they informed me that I was not eligible. I then asked to cancel the card and for a refund, only to have an additional 500 deducted for the cancellation, with no refund provided. I've since closed my account with them.
Frustrating Experience with Cancelled Transaction and EMI Fees - Immediate Action Needed Dear Support Team, I am writing to convey my deep disappointment regarding the management of a cancelled transaction and the resulting EMI fees. On October 3rd, I cancelled a credit card transaction on a popular platform, but I was unaware that the cancellation did not reflect in my account. Two months later, I found out that I was charged for both the initial and reordered transactions. When I reached out to customer support, I was told that I should have called to cancel the EMI, which I had never needed to do previously. This appears to be a shortcoming on the bank's part in keeping me informed about changes to the cancellation procedure. After 19 years of loyalty, I am now facing unnecessary complications and fees. The bank has deducted two EMI payments of ₹6,000 and is now requesting extra charges for cancelling the EMI. I have contacted the account manager, the designated officer, and customer service, but there has been no resolution. The lack of response and automated emails are frustrating. I seek an immediate resolution: 1. Reverse the erroneous EMI charges.
2. Waive the cancellation fees.
3. Clarify the cancellation process.
This bank has proven to be very unreliable. When I attempted to take out a loan on my credit card, I mistakenly provided the wrong account number. I sought assistance at a nearby branch, but their response was disappointing; they informed me that they could not help. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience with this bank.
I was contacted for a credit card based on my eligibility. I completed the application and KYC by September 13, but received no updates via SMS or email. When I called customer care, it took over 15 minutes to connect, and they informed me that my application was initially not updated and later rejected, with communication only on October 13.
I experienced terrible service today. After calling more than five times, the representative was always busy and never answered. I even went to the branch, but the performance was still lacking. I was shocked, especially after speaking with the branch manager. The service is poor and the fees are excessive, so I'm considering closing my account.
