So, I have been with Axos for several years now (8?) and I’ve never really had any issues until recently. In the past if I lost a debit card it was easy to go into the app and mark it as lost and it says they send you a new debit card within 7-10 business days, but apparently not anymore. I lost my card, marked it as lost/stolen via the app and then I waited. 7-10 days came and went and no sign of my card. I thought it would be fine because there are ways to connect your bank account through PayPal and other apps so I can still make purchases as needed. Well then that has been blocked as well. So no card and no other way to access my money. So then I have to talk to their AI customer support that is completely useless when it comes to anything out of the usual. Finally I’m connected to a human, ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE WORLD, OF COURSE! So I then have to struggle to understand their broken English to get some resemblance of help with my problem. She gets my info and tells me my card has been canceled, as if no I didn’t already know and I asked what was going on with my debit card that I should have received by now. She said she would have to place an order for it! So, now I have to wait another 2 weeks before I can access my money! Completely ridiculous! I’m definitely going to look for a different bank to do business with!
