Don’t order from this company!!! I returned 3 items, they say they are only refunding for 2 items, they ignore all my emails. It’s £6.95 to send a return and they have deducted the £3.95 parcel protection fee which I didn’t bloody even select out of the refund amount. Iv asked to escalate this to the complaints team, I’m just being ignored and I haven’t even received the refund amount which is incorrect anyway. They are a bunch of cowboys. I spent around £112 on 3 items, I returned all of the items, after deducting their BS fees my refund is £75.
