Great customer service, I was kept up to date with my order and delivery was really quick. I ordered two dresses and ended up keeping both because they were so beautiful. I had so many compliments when I wore them. Can't wait to order more!

Don’t bother…ordered a dress cost £4.95 for delivery, didn’t like it. Not near any shops to be able to return. So sent by Royal Mail and cost £8.94 (random amount) to return. Wait…not finished yet and £1.99 charge for protect my order which l didn’t even select!!!!!
Shocking charges and will never order from here again

Avoid this company at all costs.

I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. I bought a dress for £40 in May 2025 and paid through a payment service. Unfortunately, the dress didn't fit, so I returned it the following day. Tracking shows it was received by the company. However, I was still charged the remaining payments despite the return. I reached out to the company, but my emails went unanswered. I then contacted the payment service, which investigated the issue. They concluded that the company issued a gift card instead of a refund. I want to clarify that I never requested a gift card and have not received one! I've tried multiple times to resolve this with the company via email, but I continue to be ignored. It appears they do not value their customers or their reputation! Their low rating of 2.5 stars says it all. I request my refund or at least the promised gift card! They are holding £40 of my money without justification. Thank you.

Extremely disappointing customer support.

Extremely disappointing customer support. The returns process is quite poor. I couldn’t access the returns portal and reached out for assistance. I was informed that since it’s past 14 days, I can only receive store credit, not a refund. I’ve been exchanging emails for help, and now they’ve sent me a late returns link stating I must return by the 23rd or I won’t receive anything. This order was quite costly. Considering the holiday shipping delays, they should offer more flexibility with returns. I won’t be making any future purchases and regret not reading the reviews beforehand. It’s concerning how they overlook such negative feedback. The customer support has been terrible. I stand to lose £120 if my parcel doesn’t reach them and get processed by Tuesday. I’ve encountered numerous issues with the return process. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

Disappointed with the service and lost money

I spent nearly £300 on dresses to choose one for my 30th birthday, but unfortunately, none fit well, so I returned every item in the original parcel. I lost my receipt, so I can't prove I sent everything back, but the most expensive dress I returned has conveniently "gone missing," leaving me £70 out of pocket! Based on my experience, this seems to be a common issue! I suspect there may be fraudulent or theft-related activities happening.

Extremely let down by my order

I wouldn't even give them a single star if it were possible. I ordered a dress and waited two months for it to arrive. When it finally came, it had details not included in the original design, like side ruching, and the color was wrong. I provided detailed photos and initially received a 10% refund offer. After following up, they increased it to 30% after acknowledging the dress wasn't what I ordered. Additionally, the quality of the dress sent was mediocre at best, arriving in terrible condition, so wrinkled it would take ages to smooth out. This is absolutely unacceptable. They operate unethically and engage in fraudulent practices. I strongly advise against ordering from them.

Unfair return charges!

Unfair return charges! I needed to return items ordered for Christmas parties because they were too long, but being charged £6.95 for the return is excessive! Because of this, I will NEVER order from this company again.

Unreasonable return fees

This company is charging excessive amounts for returns. They charge £6.95 or more for returning items, while Royal Mail charges much less. I’ve never ordered from them, but their return policy has deterred me.
