Poor customers services and beware of the automatic ‘protect your payment’ charge they put on. I purchased 9 items and have been unknowingly charged £15.49 for ‘protect your payment’ which I didn’t want and didn’t agree to. I am only
Keeping one item and returning the rest and the one dress I am Keeping was £45 but thanks to the hidden charges and the expensive overpriced return charge it has ended up costing me £67. They appear to be trying to make money from these charges. I will never buy from them again!!! I have challenged the protect your payment charge but just keep being told there is nothing they can do and that it’s not automatic and that customers have to opt for it, which is completely untrue as nobody in their right mind would pay £15.49 to protect an order when it’s the sellers responsibility to
make sure the items get to the buyer safely. Absolutely shocking customers services and I would honestly advise anyone to be very cautious when buying from this company.
