I wouldn't even give them a single star if I had the option. I ordered a dress and waited two months for it to arrive. When it finally did, it had features not included in the original design, like side ruching, and the color was wrong. I sent detailed photos and was initially offered a 10% refund. After a follow-up, they increased it to 30% after admitting the dress wasn't what I ordered. Additionally, the quality of the dress that was sent was mediocre at best, arriving in such poor condition that it was extremely wrinkled. This is entirely unacceptable. They are an unethical company engaging in fraudulent practices. I strongly recommend avoiding them.
