Extremely disappointing customer support. The returns process is quite poor. I couldn’t access the returns portal and reached out for assistance. I was informed that since it’s past 14 days, I can only receive store credit, not a refund. I’ve been exchanging emails for help, and now they’ve sent me a late returns link stating I must return by the 23rd or I won’t receive anything. This order was quite costly. Considering the holiday shipping delays, they should offer more flexibility with returns. I won’t be making any future purchases and regret not reading the reviews beforehand. It’s concerning how they overlook such negative feedback. The customer support has been terrible. I stand to lose £120 if my parcel doesn’t reach them and get processed by Tuesday. I’ve encountered numerous issues with the return process. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.
