For the past four days, I've been trying to get help from AXS via email and support requests to correct the incorrect name I entered (I accidentally typed a number instead of a letter). Because of this, I'm now unable to resell the two concert tickets I've already sold. I'm completely baffled as to why AXS isn't responding to my support requests at all. Stay away from buying tickets from this company!
