Angel Took the time to understand my problem, come up with a clear plan of action and solved my problem. He knew exactly what i needed and provided great customer service. Now all i have to do is prepare to have a great time.
Donna assisted me in getting to my locked account due to an incorrect phone number with which to verify my account. She was easy to understand, thorough and efficient.
Can you give zero stars? First rep disconnected from me twice and did not help me. Last rep tried to be helpful but told me that they flagged my account and they would get back to me in 3-5 days. You cannot wait 5 days to purchase tickets to an event. HORRIBLE interface and horrible customer service. Zero stars.
Samantha was the best agent I have talked to at AXS. Many agents abruptly disconnected from our conversation prior to Samantha, and she made sure to resolve the issue no matter what. If all agents were like Samantha, I would not hesitate to buy all of my tickets from AXS rather than any other platform.
AXS Support was so useless. I requested a refund after an event was postponed. At first they did not want to, she said she would start a refund. I wanted confirmation and mode of payment. She told me I had to provide a new method on my account as the one used to pay was not working. She kept giving me the run around and said I had to call someone to update the method even though I did. NOW, my order doesnt even appear in my account.
For the past four days, I've been trying to get help from AXS via email and support requests to correct the incorrect name I entered (I accidentally typed a number instead of a letter). Because of this, I'm now unable to resell the two concert tickets I've already sold. I'm completely baffled as to why AXS isn't responding to my support requests at all. Stay away from buying tickets from this company!
Angel was able to help us in a quick call and was patient with me and my husband and we found emails/confirmation #’s ect on a emailed entered in wrong. Was comforting after an online chat with Kevin W. That was quick to end the chat on us after me entering my name and the account was in my husband that has the same email and same mailing address. Angel was quick and made sure we were all set before ending the call. A gem of an employee!
The website was kicking me out for some reason and I accidentally booked the wrong date. I was so frustrated however the team at AXS were absolutely amazing and sorted this out for me straight away! So surprised, thank you so much to the team.
Really disappointed I have bought tickets to see Richard ashcroft in London but it won't let me login to my account
I can't get phone up and actually talk to someone
I got onto live chat and it says I can't get in to my account because it thinks I'm a bot
So basically I have lost the price of 2 tickets
I will never use this company again
I accidentally purchased tickets to an event that was still six months away and contacted customer service immediately via email to request assistance. I did not receive a response. I then called and remained on hold for over an hour without resolution.
The following month, I sent another email and again received no reply. I also attempted calling a second time and experienced the same lengthy hold with no help.
The live chat feature was equally frustrating, as it repeatedly directed me through automated loops without ever connecting me to a live agent.
Additionally, there is no option to resell or transfer the tickets to someone else, which leaves customers with no reasonable solution.
Overall, the lack of communication and customer support has been extremely disappointing.
