AXS Support was so useless. I requested a refund after an event was postponed. At first they did not want to, she said she would start a refund. I wanted confirmation and mode of payment. She told me I had to provide a new method on my account as the one used to pay was not working. She kept giving me the run around and said I had to call someone to update the method even though I did. NOW, my order doesnt even appear in my account.
