My son bought a Mini from here 12 months ago. Firstly, despite taking the full amount for the car, they took 4 weeks for it to be ready. We repeatedly asked what work was being done but they were never able to tell us, and when we picked up the car they promised to send on the receipt for the work completed....they never did.Upon returning home we discovered an oil leak. They ignored our request to repair it, leaving us with a £350 bill.In the 12 months we've had the car we have also had to replace all the shocks/springs and the timing chain. The moment you pay the money it seems that they are not interested any further, if you're thinking of buying from here I would look elsewhere.
