Wow.. where to start. I brought a car through a finance company. All seemed good first of all, and yes a bit of sales as expected when arrived. However within days the car started getting issues, and was told by a mechanic the head gasket was gone, and infact should not have been sold. Anyway with talks with the finance company and them talking to the tradecentre, I agreed for them to look to fix the issue. However once the car was collected it took about a month to be told it was ready to be picked up. When I picked it up, all seemed ok, although strange that the car was filthy inside and needed a clean.. petrol was also lower, but maybe it needed to be driven quite some miles for the garage who was fixing it. Anyway because of said work needed I then needed to part with money to get the code to reconnect the radio in the car.. told i would be refunded, sent the confirmation and guess what still waiting !!Anyway it gets better.. I have received a letter from the insurance company to say that the car was involved in an accident, and that it is an illegal requirement to report accidents.. this happened while under the trade centre holding the car.. with the name Mr Khan given!! I called the trade centre, who said give me 10 mins and i will call you back.. almost 4 hours later and nothing..It is an illegal offence to not tell someone a car has been involved in an accident.. I was never told this happened, so the same as when the car should not have been sold, they have hidden and lied again!I'm currently talking to a legal representative about this.. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! SHOCKING !!
