I bought a Range Rover Autobiography last month from Aylesbury Trade Centre worth over £27k. I took it to my local dealership and was told my car was un drivable vehicle and l need to return it to where l bought it. They gave me a print out and quotation for parts totaling £1600. After my husband speaking to Aylesbury Trade Centre they said they can collect the car and have it fixed as it was under warranty since last month after collection to be repaired . It's coming to a full month l still don't have my car back. My husband called numerous times to get an update but we kept being told the garage fixing the car is waiting for a certain part to be delivered. To make matters worse we were given a courtesy car to use in the interim which we insured only for the Manager to call and say they need to collect the courtesy car because they found a buyer for it and was given another old land rover which is no where near the value of our car. Which we yet again have to insure we are loosing money everyday because of l this. To be honest I think of getting legal advice also looking in car dealerships regulatory body because this in NOT ON... I am getting depressed by the day as a result. This is my story with this dealership and my honest review.
