Neil was easy to get hold of and explained what he could offer clearly. He would have come out the next day to measure up but we arranged for a day the following week so my brother or myself could be present. The Stair lift was for my Father who still in hospital recovering from a broken hip. The hospital discharged my father earlier than expected and Neil went out of his way to install the stair lift with little notice from us. I cannot fault the service provided by Neil along with the price which has made this affordable.
