From first contact, Neil was helpful, precise and did exactly what he promised to do. He came and surveyed the stairs, despite already having the measurements, discussed options, explained the device carefully and agreed a delivery date & price.
On the day, he arrived on time, fitted the lift in very good time, explained everything and supervised a couple of trial runs.
It is a pleasure to have done business with him, especially at a rate much less than the big boys were asking.

Neil was easy to get hold of and explained what he could offer clearly. He would have come out the next day to measure up but we arranged for a day the following week so my brother or myself could be present. The Stair lift was for my Father who still in hospital recovering from a broken hip. The hospital discharged my father earlier than expected and Neil went out of his way to install the stair lift with little notice from us. I cannot fault the service provided by Neil along with the price which has made this affordable.
Neil has been servicing my stairlift for or several years now. He has always been prompt when I ask for the annual service to be done. Arrives when he promises and does an excellent job. Prices are very competitive with no hidden costs. Friendly, punctual and reliable. I have already put him in the diary for next year's work.
Having fitted a stair lift for my mum and stepdad a number of years ago I knew exactly who to contact for my dad to have one fitted. Neil came out, measured up and explained everything and then fitted it a couple of days later. All done within a week of me contacting him. Again when something needed fixing, less than a week of me contacting him. Really friendly and helpful fella. Can't recommend him highly enough

I was given Neil details following an unexpected stay in hospital. I’d returned home but on a very limited regime of light exercise and sleep . We only have an upstairs bathroom so I found that I was pretty much trapped.I contacted Neil to enquire about the possibility of a stair lift and he was so helpful and explained that we could rent it if wasn’t to be a permanent installation. We initially thought that rental might be the way to go but having considered the options and prices decided to purchase the lift. I explained that it was pretty urgent on the Wednesday and the lift was delivered and fitted this morning ( Friday) ! I can’t tell you how grateful I was to have found such a caring and considerate company who will go out of their way to help and who gave me back the freedom of movement needed to enable me to recover. I couldn’t recommend them enough to anyone considering future proofing their home …. If I don’t need to use it in the future we have our very own waiter to take washing upstairs or delivering that lovely cuppa in the morning instead of my lovely husband having to bring it upstairs.Prices also are unbeatable and extremely affordable
