Neil was super helpful from the start. Our father was coming out of hospital following a hip operation and he went out of his way to get the lift fitted on time as well as sourcing a specific accessory that we needed for the stairway in question.He gave us plenty of help and advice as far as the best solution for our particular circumstances and everything went very smoothly.
