I placed a pre order for the AYN Thor and requested cancellation before the item was shipped due to unexpected customs and VAT charges.I contacted customer support multiple times over the past week and clearly asked whether my order was cancelled and when I should expect my refund. Unfortunately, I have not received any response.Having no reply for over a week regarding a cancellation and refund is not acceptable, especially when the product has not yet been shipped.I hope this review helps get some attention and I can receive confirmation of cancellation and refund soon. I would be happy to update this review once the issue is resolved.
