WORST company EVER.

One of the WORST companies I've EVER made a purchase from. I place a order on the first week of November, it doesn't ship out until 13 days later. But here's the kicker, the order after leaving China and entering the states somehow my order gets SHIPPED back to China again after it passes customs. The order then comes back into the USA again. But then became stalled in the system... 28 days would pass since it was "shipped" but the order never even made it to USPS. All because this cheap company uses a cheap Chinese shipper while charging me 30 dollars to ship a 500 dollar order. You would probably think maybe its the customers fault for not telling them. WRONG. I messaged them every week and they always said the same thing... Ayn even tried to tell me everything was moving normally?! Which was BS BC i called USPS and even they said that 4PX probably lost my package or it was "Misplaced" by their staff. "Well it sounds like your problem is with 4PX not Ayn". Incorrect. If Ayn had even TRIED to reach out to 4PX any of the times i reached out to them they would've realized from the beginning something was wrong, but they never did. And after a whole month and a half with countless emails, lack of updates, progress, or actions I told them to cancel my order and refund me. Guess what they said again? We will reach out to 4PX and request they expedite the process on your order, if nothing happens in a week we can then look into refunds and other options. I already waited a month and a half while paying full price shipping and now they want me to wait another week (which meant literally celebrating Christmas and still not getting the order i placed back in the beginning of November). I responded no, to which they then had a supervisor FINALLY call 4PX which made them realize that they had already lost my package in transit so Ayn gave me two options.1. A full refund, which can be expected to arrive within 1-3 business days.ORRRRRRRRRR IN THEIR EXACT WORDS2. We will resend a new package. Please note that we can only resend the package once. If you still haven't received the goods the second time, we suggest you contact your local logistics provider or insurance company to file a claim. Additionally, you may need to wait a while for restocking.Wtf do you think i chose?I will NEVER do business with them again.
