I purchased an AYN Odin 2 Portal which arrived with a common problem, a failed thumbstick and the "dust cover" fallen out of the console. I emailed them and contacted them via their Discord, then I waited a week, I sent a follow up email, no reply, so I waited a week. I messaged in their Discord again where one of their own mods said “AYN have been ghosting all customers lately, good luck”It's now over a month and they have not/will not reply. At this stage, I feel as if I've been scammed by AYN– warranty refusal is one thing, but straight up ghosting all customers who share an issue is another.
