I placed a pre order for the AYN Thor and requested cancellation before the item was shipped due to unexpected customs and VAT charges.
I contacted customer support multiple times over the past week and clearly asked whether my order was cancelled and when I should expect my refund. Unfortunately, I have not received any response.
Having no reply for over a week regarding a cancellation and refund is not acceptable, especially when the product has not yet been shipped.
I hope this review helps get some attention and I can receive confirmation of cancellation and refund soon. I would be happy to update this review once the issue is resolved.
