However, when my order arrived, there was only one ear pad in the box. I reached out for support, and while they initially responded, they became unresponsive when it came time to discuss a solution. The product quality was decent, but I expected a pair, not just one. My disappointment stems from their lack of follow-up when a solution was possible. Mistakes happen, and I can understand that, but the communication should have been significantly better.
