Extremely frustrated with service

I am incredibly frustrated; if I could give a zero-star rating, that would be more appropriate. I ordered a pair of ear pads for my gaming headset and received confirmation with a tracking number, which made it seem like everything was fine. However, when my order arrived, there was only one ear pad in the box. I reached out for support, and while they initially responded, they became unresponsive when it came time to discuss a solution. The product quality was decent, but I expected a pair, not just one. My disappointment stems from their lack of follow-up when a solution was possible. Mistakes happen, and I can understand that, but the communication should have been significantly better.

Order placed, but no delivery

I placed an order but did not receive an email confirmation, yet I was charged. There's no way to reach customer service, so I guess there's no chance for a refund either. Very disappointed.

Major delays and extra costs

I would give zero stars. I bought shoes for New Year's Eve in early December, promised shipment before December 18th, and now they say the package will arrive on February 27th. If I no longer need them, I will have to pay for return shipping. Stay away; this feels like a scam!

I sent payment, but they claimed the address was not found and said they would refund me. I never saw my money again.

Order delays and issues

I ordered a pan and received constant updates saying it was still in transit from China. Then I got emails from another party and messages from customs after two months. The lamp finally arrived, but there was no sender address, and I was asked to pay customs fees. I can't log into my account as I'm blocked, and their responses are unhelpful.

Completely misleading

I would rate it zero stars if possible. The blankets I received were nothing like the pictures, and the quality was even worse. Very disappointing!

Frustrating experience

I would give zero stars to this company. I ordered a month ago and received an email stating my order was on the way, but the delivery dates have changed three times. Where is it coming from? They claimed it shipped on November 28th, but now I'm told it will arrive on February 6th next year. Unbelievable! Avoid this place; I can't even get a refund.
