Extremely disappointing experience with Aza.
The service was very poor and far from what is expected from a brand of this reputation. Communication was lacking, responsiveness was slow, and overall the experience was frustrating and disappointing. Unfortunately, this has left a very negative impression, and I would think twice before recommending Aza to others.
