I was so surprised to get my order on time but it came by the time I had told them I had my event and I couldn’t be happier. I wish the tracking information was up to date because it was difficult to get a hold of anyone from customer service, but since it came on time I’m ecstatic. I ordered a sari on January 7 and it arrived on Feb 15th.
Extremely disappointing experience with Aza.
The service was very poor and far from what is expected from a brand of this reputation. Communication was lacking, responsiveness was slow, and overall the experience was frustrating and disappointing. Unfortunately, this has left a very negative impression, and I would think twice before recommending Aza to others.
Quick responses. Willingness to assist. I asked for customization (which is amazing you offer that) and you accepted. Even if you refuse I would be glad you you showed willingness to help. Definitely thumbs up Thanks to Kunal Customer service Agent.
This serves as an update to my prior feedback regarding this service. They did send the replacement blouse, but unfortunately, the sari was missing! I returned the items expecting a refund, not a replacement. Now, after months of waiting, they have forgotten the sari! It's incredibly careless on their part. I've communicated this through messaging with one of their representatives, who promised to personally address my issue (this came only after my last review, as I was not taken seriously before). Yet, I find myself having to constantly follow up for a response. As for the blouse, I will need to assess its quality once it arrives—I'll try it on this weekend. So much of my time has been consumed by this situation over the past few weeks!
I purchased an outfit for my wife and was told I could exchange it for a smaller size. The website indicated that exchanges were allowed, and an agent also confirmed this via chat. However, when I followed up, I was informed that the exchange was denied, and there's no phone support available—only chat. I've made numerous purchases from the platform, but this will be my last. It's disappointing and feels deceptive.
What I appreciated is that even after confirming my order online, I received a call to reconfirm. The representative addressed my questions on WhatsApp quickly, which made everything clearer for me. My only concern is that the delivery date is set for just a day before my event, and if it doesn't arrive by then, I won't be able to use it. So, I'm hoping it arrives on time!
