I’ve had a terrible experience with customer service. I urgently needed to add extra baggage before my flight, but despite numerous attempts to contact their support, I received no response. Additionally, I was unable to check in online, which added to my stress. It’s unacceptable for a national airline to leave passengers without support, and I am thoroughly disappointed.
