Initial Flight Delay but Great Service Overall

Our initial flight faced a delay due to an incident with a passenger on a prior flight. To assist those needing to make connections, the airline established a special check-in gate. We spent only about 10-15 minutes at the airport, and the food was outstanding!

Lack of Grace Period

Unlike other airlines that offer a 24-hour grace period, this airline does not. It’s truly disappointing. I should have opted for a different airline for a better experience and the ability to make changes within 24 hours.

Outstanding Experience

Our initial flight was delayed due to an incident involving a disruptive passenger from a previous flight. To assist those with tight connections, the airline opened a special gate for check-ins. Overall, we spent just 10-15 minutes at the airport, and the food was fantastic!

Punctual Flights with Excellent Food

We traveled from one city to another via a layover. To be honest, the online experience was poor, as their website frequently froze, preventing online check-in. However, all flights were on time, even with short connections, and the planes were decent. The food was the best I’ve ever had on an airline, and the in-flight service was good. Yet, their online presence is lacking. It was also quite warm on the planes and at the airport, so be prepared to dress accordingly.

Terrible Airline with Unreliable Service

This airline is the worst because they can cancel flights at any moment without providing refunds. There’s no customer service number, and emails go unanswered. It’s a frustrating experience. Avoid this airline at all costs.

This was one of the most disappointing airline experiences I’ve encountered. My elderly parents were denied boarding on their confirmed flight due to overbooking, despite arriving early. They had to wait nearly 10 hours for a later flight, receiving only a single voucher as compensation. The service provided does not meet the expectations for an international airline.

Unpleasant Journey

My journey was very unfortunate; I was excited to travel but encountered unfriendly cabin crew and rude ground staff, especially at immigration. Their behavior was unwelcoming, and I would not recommend this airline to friends or family.

Pleasant Experience with Comfort and Good Food

Contrary to many reviews, I had a positive experience. My flight was timely, and we were pleased throughout. We had pre-booked comfortable seats and enjoyed two meals during the flight, which were excellent. The cleanliness of the cabin was commendable. The crew was efficient, though a bit more friendliness would have been appreciated. Overall, a great value for the price paid.

Rude Flight Attendants

I flew from one city to another and had a horrible experience. The flight attendants were extremely rude and yelled at passengers. This was the first time I encountered such behavior, and it stemmed from issues with luggage placement. They argued with many passengers, and such conduct is unacceptable.
