We traveled from one city to another via a layover. To be honest, the online experience was poor, as their website frequently froze, preventing online check-in. However, all flights were on time, even with short connections, and the planes were decent. The food was the best I’ve ever had on an airline, and the in-flight service was good. Yet, their online presence is lacking. It was also quite warm on the planes and at the airport, so be prepared to dress accordingly.

They had to wait nearly 10 hours for a later flight, receiving only a single voucher as compensation. The service provided does not meet the expectations for an international airline.

We had pre-booked comfortable seats and enjoyed two meals during the flight, which were excellent. The cleanliness of the cabin was commendable. The crew was efficient, though a bit more friendliness would have been appreciated. Overall, a great value for the price paid.
