Extremely disappointing. I ordered a jacket, and the delivery has been severely delayed. Tracking showed that the package was returned to the company on the day it was supposed to arrive. I suspect they either sent it with unpaid postage or sent it the wrong way. The package went back to their facility, and I never received the item, yet they still hold my money. I will be stopping the payment at the bank first thing in the morning and might file a complaint with the consumer protection agency about this deceptive practice.
