My experience was awful. I ordered a jacket, and the delivery has faced significant delays. When I checked the tracking, it indicated that the package was sent back to the company on the day it was supposed to arrive. I suspect they either sent it with unpaid postage or directed it incorrectly. The package returned to their facility, and I never received the merchandise, yet they still have my money. I plan to stop the payment at the bank first thing in the morning and may consider filing a complaint with the consumer protection agency about this deceptive behavior.

The boots looked fine online until I received them and saw they came with a Prop 65 warning about potential cancer and birth defects for women wearing them. I deserve a refund since the warning suggests they shouldn't be worn. Additionally, the quality was poor; the soles were weaker than expected, and the inner boot came out every time I wore them. It was a poor choice to purchase from this brand; they looked good and received compliments, but they fell apart and made me worried about my health.
I strongly advise against buying from this business. I ordered boots, and when they arrived, they were too small, clearly not a proper size 8. After numerous follow-ups, which cut into the 30-day return window, I received a disappointing response stating I couldn't return them due to international shipping. This was an unhelpful reply given the price I paid. Truly terrible service.
One star is too generous. It took nearly a full MONTH to receive my boots. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I will never purchase from them again. I missed the chance to wear them for the event I intended, and I am extremely frustrated! They were incredibly rude about the situation!

PayPal intervened and organized a partial refund, but I would end up out of pocket for shipping to return the items. Thankfully, PayPal eventually refunded the entire amount after I escalated the issue, but I still advise against ordering internationally due to the hassle.
The absolute worst! Do NOT purchase anything from this company. In short, they sent me a damaged shoe, and it has taken WEEKS to process my refund after I returned it. The customer service was the worst I've ever encountered. If it were up to me, I would shut them down. Save yourself the trouble and do NOT buy anything from them.
