I deserve a refund since the warning suggests they shouldn't be worn. Additionally, the quality was poor; the soles were weaker than expected, and the inner boot came out every time I wore them. It was a poor choice to purchase from this brand; they looked good and received compliments, but they fell apart and made me worried about my health.
