I strongly advise against buying from this business. I ordered boots, and when they arrived, they were too small, clearly not a proper size 8. I reached out for assistance and was told by an automated system that I could access a portal for returns, but I couldn't, and the AI couldn't comprehend why, so it forwarded my email. After numerous follow-ups, which cut into the 30-day return window, I received a disappointing response stating I couldn't return them due to international shipping. This was an unhelpful reply given the price I paid. Truly terrible service.
