I placed an order on their website on Sunday, and after a week without updates, I emailed them twice. They finally sent a tracking number after 13 days, but it has never moved. The tracking service isn't providing updates on my package. I've seen many reviews of customers not receiving their orders at all. I will be filing a claim with my credit card because I suspect this is a fraudulent company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
