My experience was awful. I ordered a jacket, and the delivery has faced significant delays. When I checked the tracking, it indicated that the package was sent back to the company on the day it was supposed to arrive. I suspect they either sent it with unpaid postage or directed it incorrectly. The package returned to their facility, and I never received the merchandise, yet they still have my money. I plan to stop the payment at the bank first thing in the morning and may consider filing a complaint with the consumer protection agency about this deceptive behavior.
