I ordered a custom-sized dress with precise measurements (32” bust, 25.5” waist, 36.5” hips), but what I received was drastically mis-sized (26” bust with no stretch, 24” waist, 32” hips). A professional tailor verified that the dress was altered incorrectly and my measurements were accurate. Instead of taking responsibility, the company asked for photos of me wearing the dress to 'investigate.' This makes no sense—the problem lies with the garment's sizing, not my body—and raises concerns in today's world of AI and data misuse, where personal images can be exploited. I even offered to return the dress for them to measure, but they declined. Ultimately, they refused to accept the dress back and gave only a partial refund for an item that is completely unwearable. This was meant to be my wedding dress, and the service showed no accountability. I strongly advise against trusting them with custom sizing.
