Has had a great experience with Azazie up until now. Needed some garments ready for the wedding coming up next month. Had the orders made in January (a month ago) and confirmed by one of their customer supports - Ronna. She was extremely terrible at communication and needed constant reminders to double check sizing. Told us TODAY that they were out of stock when I am weeks away from the wedding, this is AFTER things were confirmed too. Azazie, please hire people more professional, who can read/respond to emails properly and preferably not idiots (I assume you actually interview them). If you find yourself dealing with Ronna, immediately ask for someone more competent, literally anyone would do.
Judging from the other reviews on this site, you can clearly see they drop the ball all the time when it comes to transparency with delivery time and communication (ex. making up stories as to why orders are cancelled, refunds, etc) and lack of accountability.
I had ordered a dress in a size 12. After talking to a few people that had ordered of them I realised I needed to size up. I contacted their customer service, they were very helpful when I said that I wanted to change the size of dress that I had ordered.
My dress arrived yesterday. I love it. It may need a little altering as is too long for me and needs to be taken in slightly but I am really pleased that I sized up as I think the size 12 would have been to small.
Can't even manage to ship SWATCHES on time, its been a week later than it should have ARRIVED but still stuck in "processing" and hasn't even shipped. Stupid AI customer service doesn't help either. Not gonna trust this business with my special day. There are more reliable options. Don't waste your time here.
I’m very disappointed with the Azazie website. I am a mother of the bride and have tried to find dresses in my size through their try on program. There is not one dress that I have picked (in any colour just to try on) that they have available. The only choice seems to be to actually purchase address and wait till the six weeks. This is not doable.

The service misplaced my three dresses and my daughter's two dresses. They informed us that replacements wouldn't arrive in time. Although the support team was helpful, the loss of two distinct orders is simply unacceptable. I placed my order over two months prior to the wedding, and now, just three weeks before, we find ourselves in a difficult situation.
I seldom write negative reviews, but my experience here was the worst ever, and it's crucial for others to be aware of how unethical the service is, particularly for something as significant as a wedding dress. I ordered a custom-sized dress with precise measurements (32” bust, 25.5” waist, 36.5” hips), but what I received was drastically mis-sized (26” bust with no stretch, 24” waist, 32” hips). A professional tailor verified that the dress was altered incorrectly and my measurements were accurate. Instead of taking responsibility, the company asked for photos of me wearing the dress to 'investigate.' This makes no sense—the problem lies with the garment's sizing, not my body—and raises concerns in today's world of AI and data misuse, where personal images can be exploited. I even offered to return the dress for them to measure, but they declined. Ultimately, they refused to accept the dress back and gave only a partial refund for an item that is completely unwearable. This was meant to be my wedding dress, and the service showed no accountability. I strongly advise against trusting them with custom sizing.
