I have so many great things to say about this company! I ordered my bridesmaids dresses in early December 2025 ( 7 months before my wedding). I was super excited to see that each dress was great quality, super affordable and comfortable for all nine of my girls ranging in different sizes and shapes for all under $800 ( thanks to the big sale going on around that time). To my surprise, I received all of the dresses within 10 days! Each girl loved their dress but I did have to return one. The return process was great and efficient and my refund amount was sent directly to my account within that same week. I ordered another dress that also came pretty fast.
This past week, two of my bridesmaids let me know they were pregnant and may need a bigger size dress. I hastily called customer service to see if I can get any assistance since the return policy no longer applied. Camille was absolutely amazing at helping me not only return one of the dress, but gave me a discount for the other non-refundable dress so we can purchase another one. My fiance and I were eternally grateful! Our wedding party is pretty big so being able to afford buying our bridal party’s dresses & groomsmen accessories (bow ties &pocket squares) was a dream. We are very happy to have used Azazie for all of our wedding needs. 10/10 company and customer service that truly understand “life happens”.
