Lack of clarity on Certification test process

The website lacks comprehensiveness and doesn't provide clear guidance on how to take the Certification test. Even during a chat session, the representative was not helpful until they finally shared a link where I could start the test. This site is poorly maintained and needs a complete overhaul.

I can’t retrieve my certification I just paid for and it won’t let me get it I when I try to send to myself to download it it blocks me and say I’ve been logged out then it disappears I need my certification
