Because the result is hours of wasted customer time.Wasting customer time seems to be the Azibo way.I just met my landlord and toured their rental home. They use Azibo. Sent me a link to a $40 background check. Step No. 1, create an Azibo account I don't even want with a ridiculously long password I will never be able to remember.I'm not crazy about paying for a landlord's overpriced background checks, when I can perform unlimited background checks on Truthfinder for $29.95 a month, but OK.Landlord seemed like good people. So I figured I'll play along.But Azibo's new account creation script won't even let me in the front door.Why?That's the mystery. Because this retarded platform can't be bothered to tell you.After wasting 20 minutes creating a series of increasingly long and complex passwords, I narrow the sticking point down to either my Gmail account or my Mint Mobile phone number.Gmail is used by 1.9 billion people on the planet and my account is 12 years old. Ergo, that would be a pretty self defeating filter for Azibo.So I’m guessing the problem is my Mint Mobile cellphone service, which is only used by 4 million people. I like my new landlord. I like their rental home, but I have to deal with enough arrogant tech bullshit on my own without tossing their worthless third-party tech providers on the pile.Asking me to pay $40 for your background check, change my cell phone number to get into Azibos retarded platform, and waste who knows how much time for the privilege of shelling out $24,000 in rent is asking an awful lot.Eff Azibo. Wasting customer time. It's the new "I want to be out of business."Dear Azibo CEO, don't bother contacting me or responding to this review.
