Hi,I'm renting my home and decided to use Zibo app for my tenant. I submitted my information and verification. I recieved and email stating my account was deactivated after my tenant made a payment so I called to inquire why..The customer service rep said she would have security call me. I didn't hear anything so called day after and left message. Didn't get call so following day left message. No return call.. I then recieved an email stating that security will call me. It's now been a week. My new tenant went to request refund and now is unable to log in. This company verified my banking account two days prior to my tenant making payment and then suddenly after payment I'm deactivated. PLEASE DO NOT USE this Company!!
