If you care about your belongings (and well-being), do NOT choose this service. I cannot emphasize enough - STEER CLEAR OF THIS SERVICE. If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. They completely failed to meet their contractual obligations, leaving me without furniture and cherished items. I am utterly devastated by this experience.
