This is not a real moving service. They make promises, provide contracts that look official, but then outsource the job to the cheapest labor available. In our case, they sent someone inexperienced from abroad. Check their registration; there are thousands of businesses listed. Their positive reviews are fabricated. They quoted an “All Inclusive” rate for our four-bedroom house and required payment upfront. They collected our items, stored them, but only delivered part of it. We received tables without legs, cushions without sofas, and unusable beds. What was delivered was damaged or stained. They then demanded the same payment again to deliver the rest. This felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. They left my wife, who is a wheelchair user, unable to function independently in our new home. The stress they caused was unbearable. When we protested, they put our belongings in a shipping container and began charging £50 a day until we retrieved them. We are pursuing legal action. Our advice is to look elsewhere.
CAUTION - AVOID THIS SERVICE! They falsely claim to be a local company. Their listed address is not real, and they are not present there. They perform a remote assessment of your moving needs but then subcontract to other workers. Their evaluation of the vehicles needed for a safe and legal move was insufficient. My daughter, who has a disability, requested a comprehensive packing/unpacking and furniture assembly service. Their packing was subpar. One team member was inexperienced and received no training, yet was tasked with packing fragile kitchen items. We were advised to supervise him by another crew member. The move was to a remote location. The service forgot to arrange for ferry transport, delaying delivery by several days. When they did arrive, the ferry company refused them due to overweight vehicles. They left the port and asked a random person to store items, paying the resident £200! They only delivered about half the items and demanded an additional £2,000 to complete the delivery. They blamed everyone but themselves, refusing to acknowledge that using overweight vehicles is illegal and dangerous. The remaining items were returned, but the driver could not access storage and left the van outside overnight, exposing it to the elements and damaging many items. We had to hire another service to finish the job. The invoice included a registration number for a company that had been dissolved! Many items were broken or damaged, and they would not take responsibility for this terrible service. For your own sake, AVOID THIS SERVICE!

They did not show up. We were left in the dark on moving day, with no notifications or responses to calls or messages. They took our deposit and simply didn’t arrive. Edit - they eventually contacted me at noon to apologize for forgetting our booking and refunded the deposit along with an additional £50. However, the last-minute stress and urgency to find new movers far outweighed this compensation. The move was scheduled for 9 am, and the resulting anxiety and uncertainty cannot be overstated. An offer to move the next day was not very helpful in our situation.
We had a fantastic experience with this service and would definitely recommend them! The team made the process easy and stress-free by clearly communicating via email and phone. They promptly addressed any questions or concerns, keeping us informed about pick-up and delivery times. This was especially important as the move was from one city to another, and they managed the logistics smoothly, accommodating our schedule and storage needs. The movers were efficient, friendly, and professional on both ends of the job, providing great value for money. We will definitely use their services again!
